Meet Louise
A former music teacher with over 20 years of classroom experience, now on a mission to support teachers who feel overwhelmed, burnt out or unsure of their future. Through her work with The Teacher’s Compass, she creates safe and supportive spaces – both online and in person – where educators can reconnect with themselves, explore new possibilities and prioritise their mental health.
Louise is passionate about helping teachers feel seen and heard. Her goal is to empower them to make choices that bring balance, self confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

Our approach
Our Mission
To support, uplift and empower teachers through meaningful connection and a strong sense of community.
Through The Teacher’s Compass, we aim to help teachers rediscover who they are beyond the job title, navigate burnout, find clarity and embrace their unique path with confidence and purpose. Whether in person or online, we create safe and supportive spaces where teachers feel seen, valued and inspired to prioritise their wellbeing, reconnect with their passions and take positive steps towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Our Vision
For teachers to live in a world where they feel empowered, supported and deeply connected - to themselves and their purpose.
We see a future where teachers no longer feel lost, burnt out or undervalued, but instead feel confident in who they are, clear on what they want and free to explore new paths with courage and self-belief – whether that’s in education or beyond it. Through connection, wellbeing and meaningful guidance, we aim to shift the culture of teaching so that no educator ever feels alone on their journey.
